What LIVECONTEXT can do
The Performance Support System LIVECONTEXT ensures that user are optimally supported when using an application in the roll-out process and beyond. In addition, LIVECONTEXT can create related training materials and documentations. Integrated feedback capabilities enable a direct communication out of the application and thus promote social learning.
Help is always there when you need it:
Classic software training in the run-up to software implementation is usually less effective: it only conveys 20% of the knowledge that the user needs to use the software. This situation is further exacerbated by the fact that learners 24 hours after training are only be able to recall around 30% of what they have been taught. LIVECONTEXT provides useful help for roll-out and change management processes and beyond, without the learner having to exit the application.
Easily create training videos yourself:
With the integrated screen recording function in LIVECONTEXT, you can create professional screen recordings in Flash format. You can integrate this into the pad and thus explain process steps and demonstrate how the respective software works.
Simulations to practice work processes:
To avoid user errors in the live system from the outset, it is useful if your employees can practise work steps before the software goes live. Create simulations based on your screen recordings at one mouse click. LIVECONTEXT records your actions, such as for example clicking paths and then generates a demo version of the respective work step from it. This illustrates the necessary steps in an interactive video and also requires concrete actions (click on a field)…. To check whether the learners have mastered the work step, you can integrate test questions into your simulation.
Automatically generate handbooks:
With LIVECONTEXT, you can generate documentation and handbooks based on your screen recordings. LIVECONTEXT detects the individual process steps and creates a screen shot for each step. Add additional context information (e.g. key combinations), which is also available in the application to your users. Then select an appropriate design from format templates for your documentation and LIVECONTEXT automatically creates the desired document for you. You can edit this further and make it available to your employees in a printable format.
Receive feedback from users:
Employees and specialised departments can best assess whether your learning content is helpful for your daily work or not. Using the feedback form, they can easily assess individual help functions, write comments, ask questions or provide information on which additional content would be useful.
Work together on projects:
Many experts, such as advisors, business process managers, administrators, trainers or helpdesk staff, are involved in software implementation and change management processes. They can all impart useful tips and tricks to your end users. Test their knowledge by giving them access to the LIVECONTEXT server and thus provide the opportunity of creating your own learning content. You decide who may see, create, edit, release and publish which content.
